Jan treats many conditions. These include alcohol addiction, drug use, gambling, sex and love addiction, and technology addiction. In addition, he helps clients manage anger problems, anxiety, depression, work stress, and relationship difficulties. He also supports those facing trauma, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts.

Jan earned his Diploma in Addiction Therapy in 2011. He later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology in 2023. Since then, he has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings across the UK and Sweden.
His experience includes roles at The Priory and Sweden’s largest rehab centre. These diverse settings allowed Jan to treat individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Additionally, he worked at the charity Depaul, supporting young adults with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
