Diana Randall Psychotherapist London offers an integrative, professional approach to emotional and mental wellbeing. She draws from over 20 years of clinical experience and a diverse background in education, counselling, and therapeutic modalities.
Diana is a registered member of both the BACP and the NCH. She holds qualifications in counselling, hypnotherapy, and art therapy, including a Master’s in Art Therapy from Australia. Her approach combines elements of CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and meditation to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs.
Because of her commitment to holistic healing, Diana incorporates both Eastern and Western philosophies in her practice. This enhances her sessions and creates a well-rounded path to recovery.
Diana works with a wide range of mental health concerns. These include:
Depression
Bipolar disorder
Anxiety and stress
Schizophrenia and psychosis
Alcohol and drug addiction
OSFED and other eating disorders
She has extensive experience leading support groups, including CBT and interpersonal therapy groups at Nightingale Hospital.
Before focusing solely on one-to-one psychotherapy, Diana worked across the UK and Australia. She served in schools, the prison system, and the business sector. As the Lead Learning Mentor in Wandsworth, she helped students and families navigate complex challenges.
In Australia, she also contributed to educational reform through counselling work in prisons and community programs.
Diana’s practice reflects more than just clinical training. With over 40 years of meditation practice and six years of teaching in London, she integrates spiritual insight into her work. This allows her to support clients not only in recovery but in personal growth and resilience.
She empowers patients by stimulating right-brain activity, encouraging creativity, and shifting perspectives. Her sessions provide cognitive tools that help individuals identify root causes and build practical solutions.
Diana stays informed through ongoing research in emerging therapies like EMDR, NLP, and EFT. Her passion for personal development drives her to explore techniques that deepen self-awareness and expand consciousness.
Recently, she was featured by Edith Cowan University for her international career contributions to mental health and education.
