Caitlin Broger Physiotherapist Sydney is not just a title—it represents over a decade of dedication, achievement, and genuine passion for helping women live better, stronger lives. Caitlin’s journey has been dynamic and purposeful, with each step driven by her desire to elevate women’s health.
Graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney, Caitlin quickly set herself apart in the physiotherapy field. From early in her career, she chased excellence. She joined Evoker in 2019, aligning her values of health, fitness, and clinical brilliance with a team that shares her mission.
Caitlin continues her pursuit of knowledge. She’s currently completing a Master of Physiotherapy in Pelvic Health at the University of Melbourne, and a postgraduate certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse. These advanced qualifications reflect her commitment to providing cutting-edge care.
But her learning isn’t just academic. Caitlin actively works in a busy maternity ward, applying her training to support women through birth preparation, postnatal recovery, and pelvic pain. She uses dry needling and evidence-based techniques for pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and incontinence.
A natural competitor, Caitlin’s love of sport and performance fuels her passion for movement-based therapy. Whether it’s helping a new mum regain her core strength or guiding athletes through recovery, Caitlin offers personalised, high-performance care with heart.
She’s taught clinical Pilates for over five years and leads our Clever Core Classes—fun, focused sessions designed to rebuild and strengthen from the inside out. She’s more than a teacher—she’s a motivator, leader, and trusted expert.
Caitlin supports women through all life phases—pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. She holds advanced training in pessary fitting and prolapse management, including hands-on expertise with ring, cube, and Gellhorn pessaries.
Her clients benefit from this modern, evidence-backed approach. More importantly, they feel heard, supported, and empowered.
What makes Caitlin truly exceptional is her ability to blend knowledge with care. Every session is tailored. Every plan is precise. Expect warmth, skill, and clever guidance toward recovery and renewed strength.
Caitlin returns from maternity leave in July 2025. Until then, your path to better wellness begins with understanding just how skilled and passionate she really is.
