About Bruni Physiotherapy Physiotherapist Pretoria

Corli qualified at the University of Pretoria in 2003 and later completed a postgraduate diploma in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy at WITS. She worked at the High-Performance Centre (HPC) for ten years and treated elite athletes.

Corli has worked at major international events, including the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, the Olympic Games in London in 2012, World Championship Athletics in Daegu in 2011, and the Fed Cup in Israel in 2016. She also works as a yoga and pilates instructor, supporting rehabilitation, functional movement, and recovery.

Bruni Physiotherapy Physiotherapist Pretoria Services

Garreth also qualified at the University of Pretoria. After his community service year in Mseleni, KwaZulu-Natal, he spent ten years at the HPC as the National Rowing Squads Physiotherapist. He travelled to World Cups and Championships worldwide. His main interests include sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, dry needling therapy, and recovery from ACL and PCL injuries.

The practice offers hands-on physiotherapy tailored to each patient’s needs. Treatment includes myofascial release, dry needling, spinal and joint mobilisation, ultrasound therapy, and rehabilitation exercises. These treatments reduce pain, improve movement, build strength, and lower repeat injury risk.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Bruni Physiotherapy provides care for professional and recreational sports injuries. Treatment includes injury prevention through strength, flexibility, and movement analysis, plus recovery plans for ligament sprains and muscle strains. Return-to-sport plans help patients regain function and return to activity safely.

Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Care

The practice treats back and neck pain, joint problems, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Care supports posture, strength, movement, and daily function. Yoga and pilates can also support flexibility, balance, core strength, and recovery.
