Dr Y Williams GP Leeds UK leads a progressive, student-focused medical practice dedicated to developing future GPs and delivering high-quality care. We serve a large and diverse population of university students while also training the next generation of General Practitioners. Consequently, our dual mission supports both community wellbeing and clinical education.

GP Registrars are qualified doctors who have completed several years of hospital-based training. However, they have chosen to pursue a career in General Practice. For this reason, our practice offers them real-world experience in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Moreover, under the supervision of experienced clinicians, Registrars gain practical exposure to a broad range of patient needs. In addition, they improve their diagnostic, communication, and case management skills daily. As a result, they become confident and capable primary care professionals.

Our practice is home to 21 doctors—14 female and 7 male—who work together to deliver outstanding care. Furthermore, each member of the team brings a unique medical background and a shared commitment to excellence in General Practice.

Our practice serves more than 44,000 students enrolled at Leeds universities and colleges. Consequently, our services are designed to address student-specific needs, including mental health, sexual health, preventative care, and long-term condition management.

In addition to our clinical staff, we employ over 70 team members who keep the practice running efficiently. Moreover, their dedication ensures that appointments, follow-ups, and admin support are handled promptly. Hence, we create a smooth and supportive healthcare experience for every patient.
