Whatever brings us to counselling, the journey holds immense value. Rosie Sharp Counsellor Bradford helps clients navigate challenges, even when the work feels tough. The benefits continue long after therapy ends. Gaining self-awareness allows us to understand our emotions, needs, and beliefs. With this understanding, we can move towards what nourishes us and away from what no longer serves us. Therapy fosters self-empathy, an essential part of healing. Insight paired with action leads to lasting change.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges. These include:
My personal experiences shape my approach, ensuring empathy and genuine care. I continuously train and develop my skills in these areas to provide the best support possible.
I believe in ongoing learning to enhance my ability to help clients. My qualifications include:
Education remains a priority as I seek new ways to support those who work with me.
I live in Bingley with my family and appreciate time spent outdoors. Walking in the woods, sharing coffee with friends, and unwinding in a hot bath help me recharge. Writing, yoga, and volunteering bring me joy. At my local park, I contribute through gardening, fundraising, and hosting activity days. Before counselling, I worked in education and often draw from that experience. Like everyone, I have strong days and fragile ones. My goal is to help others embrace life’s ups and downs with resilience.
I charge £50 for a 50-minute session.
A free 15-minute introductory call lets you ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
Sessions are available Monday to Thursday, with evening appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Weekly sessions work best, though I offer bi-weekly options too.
