Roy Brooks – Artist & Sculptor:

Roy Brooks, born in 1942 in Pretoria, is a self-taught artist passionate about art. He works in pastels, oils, acrylics, pencil, watercolour, and mixed media. Roy has a unique style, focusing on animals and people. His work is in private and corporate collections worldwide. He has won several awards and exhibited in many prestigious venues.

Linsey Brooks – Ceramicist & Teacher:

Linsey Brooks is a dedicated ceramicist and teacher. She helps students explore their creativity in a relaxed atmosphere. Linsey continues her mother Mary Brooks’ legacy, passing on extensive knowledge and skills.

Mary Brooks – Ceramicist:

Mary Brooks, born in 1948 in Benoni, Gauteng, studied ceramics under renowned artists. She has many utilitarian and decorative ceramic pieces in homes across Southern Africa and overseas. Mary has exhibited at Ceramic SA Exhibitions and was a “Top 15” finalist at the Ekurhuleni National Fine Arts Exhibitions in 2005 and 2007. After a fulfilling career as a ceramicist and teacher, Mary is now retired, confident in Linsey’s capabilities to continue the studio’s legacy.
