Our Team of Experienced Physiotherapists

Mandy Knaap holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Stellenbosch University (1990) and has extensive experience in neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation. Rachel Woxholt (BSc Physiotherapy UWC 2022) specializes in manual therapy, dry needling, pilates, and taping. Kelsey McTeer (BSc Physiotherapy UKZN 2018 Cum Laude) focuses on sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and home-visit physiotherapy.

Conditions We Treat

We manage both acute and chronic conditions, including headaches, neck and back pain, peripheral joint injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sinusitis, mild chest conditions, bedsores, and open wounds. Our team also provides advice on ergonomics, posture, and preventative back and neck care to minimize future injuries.

Treatment Techniques

Our hands-on approach includes dry needling, McConnell taping, kinesio taping, and one-on-one pilates-based rehabilitation. While we have equipment available, our focus remains on practical, effective, manual therapy. Treatments are 45 minutes long to allow thorough assessment, treatment, and exercise guidance for home practice.

Home Visits and Private Sessions

We offer home visits when needed. Each treatment session provides personalized care, allowing you to continue your recovery between sessions. Our private, air-conditioned treatment rooms ensure a comfortable environment for all our patients.

Convenient Payment and Scheduling

We charge standard medical aid tariffs and submit claims directly to most medical schemes. We also accept debit and credit cards. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Online booking is available for your convenience.
