About Us

KZN Advisory Centre (KZNAC) offers comprehensive services to the community in Durban and surrounding areas. We take pride in providing confidential, professional counselling, advice, therapy, social work, mediation, conflict resolution, and care & contact services. Our mission is to support emotional recovery, personal growth, and the building of strong personal and professional relationships for individuals of all ages and genders.

KZNAC offers both online telehealth therapy and in-person consultations. Our services are designed to be flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs, with options for brief or long-term therapy. We also provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and consulting services for businesses.

Additional Information

Practice Hours:

• Weekdays: 09:00 to 16:30
• Saturdays: 08:30 to 13:30
  Strictly by appointment only.

Payment & Insurance:

• Cash-based practice; we facilitate reimbursement from most South African medical aids.

Community Outreach:
KZNAC is actively involved in monthly community outreach programs, providing assistance to those in need. We believe in the power of generosity, and through your support, we aim to make a lasting impact on individuals and families.
