Lindsey Yves is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with advanced sports massage techniques. Her expertise has been developed through extensive studies both locally and internationally, including specialised training in China, where she mastered various traditional healing techniques.

Lindsey’s approach integrates Eastern and Western hands-on therapies, ensuring a holistic and effective treatment for her clients. With over seven years of experience working in the Physiotherapy Department at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA), she has treated a wide range of conditions and played a key role in establishing the Massage Centre at SSISA.

Her work extends beyond private practice, having gained invaluable experience treating diverse medical conditions in clinics in Khayelitsha. She collaborates closely with physiotherapists, biokineticists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Her particular areas of interest include rehabilitation for pre- and post-back surgeries, pregnancy-related care, and working with individuals with cerebral palsy. Regular study trips to the East keep her updated on the latest techniques, ensuring she provides the most effective treatments.
