Our Physiotherapy Services

Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

We treat back and neck pain, arthritic conditions, headaches, TMJ conditions, joint conditions, and sports injuries. Treatment aims to reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery.

Respiratory Physiotherapy

We treat chest conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and chest infections. We also use physiotherapy techniques to ease sinus congestion and improve breathing.

Post-Operative Care

We provide rehabilitation after joint replacements, orthopaedic surgery, fractures, and ligament repairs. We also provide physiotherapy for patients recovering from strokes. Each treatment plan focuses on restoring function and mobility.

Each appointment lasts about 45 minutes, giving you enough time for assessment and treatment. We provide private rooms with high hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, patients receive care in a comfortable and professional setting.

Our Sea Point practice also has a private gym with equipment to support rehabilitation. We use this space for personalised exercise plans. In addition, our Sea Point location offers shockwave, ultrasound, and EMS.

Women’s Health and Additional Information

We provide pelvic floor rehabilitation for pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence. We also offer treatment for bladder control problems, as well as prenatal and postpartum care.

Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer Saturday emergency appointments with the physiotherapist on call.

Our pricing follows medical aid rates, and we can submit claims to your medical aid on your behalf upon request. Prices may vary according to your medical aid tariff.
