At Lindsay Hattingh Physiotherapy, we are committed to helping you move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. With over two decades of experience, our practice offers expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery needs.
Founded by Lindsay Hattingh, a highly qualified and experienced physiotherapist, our practice provides a professional and caring environment where patients receive personalised treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town in 2000. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience through hospital work, private practice, and further studies, including completing the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy course (now known as the Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal course) in 2008.
With a strong foundation in post-operative rehabilitation, spinal and joint injuries, sports injury management, and geriatric care, Lindsay has developed a holistic, patient-centred approach to physiotherapy.
After running a successful practice in Tokai for nearly 20 years, Lindsay relocated her practice to a health and fitness studio in Constantia, where she worked alongside chiropractors, pilates instructors, and personal trainers. Following the sale of those premises, she returned to Tokai, where she currently shares a space with a general practitioner and chiropractor.
Her passion lies in helping patients regain mobility and strength, whether they are recovering from an injury, undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, or managing chronic conditions. For those who cannot travel, Lindsay also offers home visits in the surrounding areas, with a particular focus on elderly care in retirement villages.
Outside of physiotherapy, Lindsay enjoys a wide range of sports and adventure activities, as well as relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.
