MEET DR. JOHAN BAARD

Dr. Johan Baard, an experienced orthodontist, has a deep passion for transforming smiles and improving patients’ lives. After completing his dental degree (BChD) at the University of Pretoria in 2000, he further specialised by completing a postgraduate diploma in orthodontics and earning his MChD degree in 2008. Dr. Baard opened his first practice in Rustenburg in 2008, followed by a satellite practice in Lephalale and a third practice in Noordheuwel in 2016.

Dr. Baard enjoys spending time with family and friends, and his love for nature fuels his interests in running, cycling, and camping. Additionally, he enjoys playing golf, even though his handicap may suggest otherwise. He is a proud member of the HPCSA, SADA, and SASO.
