Dr. Mohammed Nathie is a highly skilled specialist in otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and head and neck surgery. He earned his MBBCh degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS), followed by an FCORL (SA) and MMed in Otorhinolaryngology from WITS. Dr. Nathie is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and he is a member of several prominent professional organisations, including the South African Medical Association (SAMA) and the South African ENT Society.
Dr. Nathie has built an extensive career, beginning with his medical degree and progressing through a variety of clinical roles in general surgery, trauma surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. His passion for otorhinolaryngology led him to specialise in this field, where he has gained significant experience working with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. His training took place at the University of the Witwatersrand’s department of otorhinolaryngology, where he worked with top ENT surgeons in the country.
