Jessica provides therapy for individuals and adolescents (ages 13+), with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship that helps clients explore and understand their emotional and psychological struggles.
The therapy process at Jessica’s practice begins with a short phone call to determine what the patient is looking for. The first three sessions typically involve an assessment to explore the patient’s goals and personal history.
Once the assessment is complete, sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly basis, and the focus shifts towards addressing the patient’s emotional and psychological challenges. Throughout the therapy process, Jessica works with each client to explore deeper unconscious patterns and achieve long-term personal growth.
