Annegret Wilsdorf holds a BSc Physiotherapy (US 2003) and an MSc Physiotherapy (US 2017). Her master’s research focused on “Urinary Incontinence in Adolescent Gymnasts,” demonstrating her dedication to advancing physiotherapy knowledge. She has also completed a Postgraduate Women’s Health Physiotherapy Certificate (WHP1 2011) (APDL1), further enhancing her skills in treating pelvic health conditions.
Her professional journey includes working at Westcombe Park Rugby Club in the UK (2006 – 2008), where she gained valuable sports physiotherapy experience. She also served as a physiotherapist at Tygerberg Hospital’s Urogynaecology Department (2008 – 2012), focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation. Additionally, she has contributed to sports physiotherapy at Brackenfell High School.
