Services
Individual Therapy
We offer one-on-one therapy to help individuals manage personal challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Our sessions create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express their feelings and work through concerns. Every session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Trauma-Focused Group Therapy
We provide trauma-focused group therapy to support those recovering from emotional or physical trauma. These groups offer a chance to connect with others, share experiences, and learn effective coping strategies. The groups foster a sense of community and mutual support. We limit group size to 12 participants to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.
Mental Wellness Workshops
Simamisa Health partners with organisations and teams to enhance mental health through customised workshops. These workshops cover stress management, resilience building, and emotional intelligence. Our goal is to boost productivity and well-being within teams. Additionally, we develop mental health training manuals and conduct in-service training for healthcare workers on basic counselling skills.
Youth Emotional Support Programs
Our youth emotional support programmes help adolescents aged 14 to 18. These programmes assist young people in navigating emotional challenges, building self-awareness, and developing coping skills. Topics include self-love, self-care, academic stress, relationships, and self-esteem. These sessions empower young individuals to take control of their emotional well-being during crucial developmental years.
