Hayley Elcombe Physiotherapist George has built a strong foundation in education and rehabilitation. She earned a BA in Sports Management, Coaching, and Sports Psychology. Along with this, she completed an Exercise Specialist Diploma and an Electro Muscular Stimulation Certificate. Her commitment to growth led her to become a qualified TEFL-certified teacher, where she taught English internationally. This diverse background has made her a well-rounded professional.
She has an in-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. She has always been passionate about helping people reach their full potential. Hayley believes strongly in the importance of personal growth. Furthermore, she encourages her clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Her work at StretchingSA enables her to guide individuals through rehabilitation, making recovery achievable and sustainable.
In 2008, Hayley entered a specialized sports academy. Here, she gained advanced knowledge in human physical movement, advanced nutrition, and specialized exercise programs. As an elite athlete, she adapted to various training methods. These included weight training, swimming, resistance training, and stretching. Hayley has also coached young athletes since 2016. She trains children in swimming and hockey, further solidifying her expertise in physical education and rehabilitation.

She completed First Aid Levels 1 and 2, gaining experience in the sports arena as a first-aid provider. This is where she discovered her passion for helping others. She quickly realized the importance of combining rehabilitation with injury prevention.
