At Simply Flourish, my mission is to help individuals and families embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe that true wellbeing extends beyond diet and exercise—it’s about faith, relationships, self-care, and finding joy in the simple things.
Life can feel overwhelming, and when it comes to nourishing your body, managing stress, and prioritising self-care, it’s easy to feel lost. That’s where I come in. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am here to educate, inspire, and support you on your journey to better health and a balanced life.
I’m Minette, a wife, mother, and health coach, passionate about helping others discover a simpler, healthier way of living. My journey started in 2016, when a move to Japan opened my eyes to the importance of taking care of my body. Inspired by 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and the Japanese way of life, I realised that my body is an instrument for the Lord, and I had a responsibility to nurture and respect it.
Through this journey, I experienced first-hand how proper nutrition, movement, and self-care can completely transform one’s life. I had more energy, fewer illnesses, and a deeper appreciation for whole foods and mindful living.
But it wasn’t until motherhood that I truly understood the importance of holistic health. Like many new mothers, I put enormous pressure on myself to be the “perfect” parent. I neglected rest, self-care, and balance, and quickly realised that health is about so much more than food—it’s about mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Now, as a mother of two, I feel more in tune with myself than ever before. I have learned to simplify life, listen to my body, and embrace balance, and I am passionate about helping others do the same.
