Tinet Paul Coaching and Counselling Eversdal is built on the belief that every person deserves a champion—someone who sees them, values them, and believes in their worth. Many individuals go through life feeling unseen or unheard, struggling to connect with their true selves. My mission is to provide a deeply supportive and accepting space where healing begins and transformation unfolds.
Using science-backed approaches and the power of human connection, I help clients break free from limiting patterns. By processing and integrating past wounds, they reclaim a sense of calm, confidence, and self-trust. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed psychology, neuroscience, and somatic healing, I guide each person toward meaningful and lasting change.
Coaching and counselling should be serious work, but that doesn’t mean they have to feel heavy. I bring warmth, humour, and lightness into the process—because healing doesn’t just happen in deep moments. It also happens when you feel truly seen and supported. My clients describe me as approachable, real, and deeply invested in their journey. I believe in their highest potential, even when they are still learning to see it for themselves.
Walking alongside my clients as they navigate growth and change is a privilege. The work we do together is not just something I facilitate—it’s something I wholeheartedly believe in. As I support others in their healing and self-discovery, I also commit to my personal and professional growth. This ensures that I continue showing up fully for those I serve.
I have always believed in the power of a safe and supportive relationship to create change. During my years as a teacher, I saw students thrive when given understanding and encouragement. Through my own therapeutic journey, I have witnessed that, when placed in the right environment, human beings naturally move toward greater fulfillment and self-actualization.
As a coach and counsellor, I provide a warm, open, and deeply attuned space for clients to explore their inner world. My work helps people:
Feel truly seen and heard in a way they may never have before.
Understand their own patterns and outdated ways of relating.
Develop new skills and tools to navigate relationships and life with greater ease.
Process and integrate past wounds so they no longer define their present or future.
Healing and growth mean recognizing that while our past shapes us, it does not define our future.
At the core of my work is the Integrative Brain-Based Approach (IBBA), developed by Jeanie Cavè, founder of Impact Therapy Training. This model blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, and relational analysis to support deep, lasting change.
I take an integrative, trauma-informed, and brain-based approach, working with individuals, couples, and families. My methods include:
Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Work – Accessing deep-rooted patterns for profound shifts.
Pointer Work & Eye Position Integration – Tapping into brain pathways for emotional processing.
Somatic Awareness & Nervous System Regulation – Helping the body process trauma and find safety.
Most importantly, I meet each client where they are—because transformation happens in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I am not a psychologist or registered counsellor, and my services are not eligible for medical aid reimbursement.
