Welcome to a space where healing is possible, and where you’re not expected to face your trauma alone. My name is Candice, and I work with individuals who are ready to reclaim their lives from the grips of trauma, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck – trapped in patterns that no longer serve you, uncertain of the next step. My approach is both professional and personal because I’ve walked the same path. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed environment where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and begin to live a more connected and resilient life.

Trauma often locks us into cycles of behaviour that were necessary for survival but are no longer needed. These patterns can be disrupted and resolved, but the process requires care, patience, and the right tools. That’s where I come in – offering both individual and group support for those ready to step into healing.

Somatic Experiencing

At the core of my work is Somatic Experiencing (SE) – a body-based therapy designed to help people release trauma that has been stored in the nervous system. SE works by slowly and safely increasing your ability to tolerate and release overwhelming emotional and physical sensations.

Trauma-Informed Coaching

For clients looking for guidance without traditional therapy, trauma-informed coaching can be a powerful alternative. Here, I integrate coaching methods with a trauma-sensitive lens, helping you set intentions, build self-awareness, and move forward while understanding your emotional and nervous system responses.

Embodiment Practices

These gentle, accessible practices help you reconnect with your body in a safe and empowering way. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, understand its messages, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself.

Group Work for Beginners

If you’re new to self-exploration or trauma work, I offer small group sessions to help you begin. In these, you’ll learn foundational knowledge about the nervous system, practice regulation tools, and gain comfort in connecting with your body. Group work offers community, shared understanding, and the reassurance that you are not alone.
