Welcome to Holland-Pearse Psychotherapy, a dedicated mental health service in Bristol, created exclusively to support men on their journey towards recovery, self-worth, and personal fulfilment.
I’m Tom Holland-Pearse, and my own path to healing began in 2010 when I sought therapy during a time of personal struggle. Like many of the men I now work with, I once felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. Therapy gave me the space to speak openly and the tools to begin building a stronger, more confident self.
That experience changed the course of my life. Today, I’m a qualified and committed psychotherapist, passionate about helping other men who are facing similar challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, or burnout, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can begin the work of meaningful change.
At Holland-Pearse Psychotherapy, I specialise in treating a wide range of mental health difficulties that many men experience but often feel unable to talk about. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other scientifically proven techniques tailored specifically for men.
