Welcome to Feeling Reflective Counselling Service, a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with support and understanding. Based in Solihull and Birmingham, I am Dr Dippica Mistry, a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges.
With a calm and thoughtful approach, I offer face-to-face sessions in Solihull and Birmingham, as well as online (video) and telephone counselling across the UK. My aim is to support you in feeling heard, respected, and empowered, no matter what you may be facing.
Many people feel unsure when considering counselling. You may have questions, concerns, or simply feel uncertain about whether it’s right for you. For this reason, I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation. This gives you the chance to speak with me, ask questions, and decide whether counselling feels like the right step.
At Feeling Reflective, I offer a professional, confidential service designed to meet you where you are. My sessions are available in multiple formats, allowing flexibility and comfort:
Face-to-Face Counselling – Held in Solihull and Birmingham, ideal for those who prefer in-person interaction.
Online (Video) Counselling – Secure and convenient, accessible from anywhere in the UK.
Telephone Counselling – Perfect for those who feel more comfortable speaking without video or are unable to travel.
The heart of my approach lies in building a strong therapeutic relationship. Through careful listening, empathy, and guided conversation, we work together to explore your current challenges and goals. This space is yours to reflect, feel, and grow.
Common areas I support include:
Anxiety and stress
Low mood and depression
Relationship challenges
Loss, grief, and transitions
Self-esteem and identity concerns
Personal development and growth
Whether you’re dealing with a specific issue or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you access the reflective space you need to move forward.
To be reflective means to pause, think deeply, and begin to understand yourself more fully. Counselling offers this opportunity in a structured, supportive environment. Through thoughtful dialogue, clients often find greater clarity, emotional balance, and personal strength.
