Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual. Our treatments include:

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Dr Ward has received advanced training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). This approach helps individuals build self-compassion, reduce self-criticism, and enhance emotional resilience. It is especially helpful for people with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment

We conduct comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), utilising the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). Dr Ward is trained in administering this assessment tool to ensure accurate diagnoses. We offer support for individuals of all ages and ensure each person receives appropriate care based on their specific needs.

Binge Eating Disorder and Weight-Related Issues

Dr Ward is skilled in Brief Strategic Therapy, an effective approach for addressing Binge Eating Disorder and other weight-related concerns. This therapy helps individuals tackle the emotional and psychological factors contributing to unhealthy eating patterns and fosters a healthier relationship with food.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR therapy is a powerful tool for treating trauma and PTSD. Dr Ward is trained in EMDR and uses this approach to help clients process distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact. As a result, clients can experience improved emotional regulation and healing.
