Currently, I serve on the BCPC Psychotherapy Examinations Board. I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of training and practice in psychotherapy.

Services Offered

Psychotherapy for Personal Development and Healing

In my practice, I offer tailored psychotherapy to help individuals overcome emotional struggles. I specialise in working with people who have experienced bullying, neglect, and trauma. My approach provides a safe space for you to explore your feelings. This process helps rebuild confidence and self-esteem, while addressing past emotional wounds that may continue to affect your life.

Anxiety and Stress Management

Many people suffer from chronic or acute anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by their emotions. I help clients manage and reduce anxiety through therapeutic techniques. We focus on understanding the root causes and developing strategies to create balance and calm. As a result, you can regain control of your emotional responses and improve your overall well-being.

Support for Neurodiverse Individuals

I also specialise in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, particularly those with Asperger’s traits. This therapy is designed to help you understand your unique experiences and navigate social challenges. Together, we will develop coping strategies to manage the difficulties associated with neurodiversity, empowering you to build resilience and thrive.
