I am an experienced counsellor based in Bath, offering a safe and confidential space for individuals seeking support. My career began in communications, but I later trained at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I earned a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Counselling and gained experience working at the Low-Cost Counselling Service and providing therapy for students at Bath Spa University.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which ensures I meet high standards for training, supervision, and professional development. By being a member of the BACP, I commit to offering a professional, ethical, and confidential service. I focus on building an integrated approach to counselling. This approach combines various techniques to suit each client’s needs. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your emotions and life experiences.
I offer a range of counselling services aimed at supporting individuals through personal challenges and promoting emotional well-being. Whether you are dealing with specific issues or navigating life transitions, I am here to help.
I offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable and private room located in central Bath. This provides a safe and confidential space where we can discuss your concerns in depth. I believe this setting helps create an environment of trust and understanding.
I also provide online counselling sessions for clients who prefer flexibility. Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your home, making it easier for those with busy schedules or who live outside the Bath area to attend sessions. These sessions offer the same level of care and attention as in-person meetings.
Having worked with students at Bath Spa University, I understand the unique pressures faced by young adults. I offer counselling tailored to students who may be dealing with stress, relationships, or personal challenges. This service is designed to provide support during these formative years.
