I have dedicated my professional life to Health and Wellness. With experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in the NHS, an Occupational Health Nurse at Ford Motor Company, and an educator in stress management, I have seen first-hand how impactful positive guidance can be.
After experiencing personal challenges, I turned to therapy and found it transformative. That experience inspired me to help others in similar situations. I now offer Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Anxiety Management, Business Coaching, and Mindfulness Meditation services.
