Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical and widely used therapy that focuses on changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. It aims to improve mental health by addressing negative thought patterns.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT combines principles of mindfulness with behavioural change strategies. It helps individuals accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with their values.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

DBT is designed for those with complex issues. It enhances coping skills, self-esteem, and relationships through structured support and skill-building.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT)

BWRT is based on the brain’s ability to continuously reassess the environment. This therapy helps individuals overcome deep-seated issues by addressing how their brain processes and responds to thoughts and feelings.
