About

Karen Kruger is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF). She earned her undergraduate and Honours degrees at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Western Cape. Karen trained at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital and worked in various departments, including child and adolescent psychiatry at Red Cross Hospital, Groote Schuur Hospital, Forensics, and Heideveld Community Health Clinic. After completing her community service at Khayelitsha District Hospital, she established her private practice. Her background in brand management gives her a unique perspective in guiding clients towards a more authentic life.
