The Physio Group is a leading Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic, first established in 2005 in Newry at 37 Kilmorey Street. Originally named “The Newry Clinic for Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries,” it quickly gained a reputation as one of the foremost musculoskeletal private practices in the region.

Due to its growing client base, the clinic expanded to Belfast City Centre, opening at Alexander House, 17 Ormeau Avenue, BT2 8HD. This location initially catered to clients from Newry working or studying in Belfast but soon became popular locally due to its convenient city-centre position. A third purpose-built clinic has since opened in Newcastle at 1 Shimna Road, Co. Down, providing easy access for clients from the surrounding area.

The clinic is led by partners Frank Quinn and Kieran Murray, both highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists. Their professional backgrounds include work with Sunderland AFC in the English Premier League, Gateshead Thunder Rugby League, and Inter-County Gaelic Football with Down and Antrim GAA for both men and women. They have also treated elite athletes such as women’s MMA fighter Leah McCourt.
