Welcome to Ebb & Flow – Counselling, Mindfulness & Yoga. Located just outside Wrexham, near the Cheshire and North Wales border, we offer a calm and confidential space to support your emotional and physical wellbeing. Life often shifts in unexpected ways. During those moments, it helps to speak with someone who truly listens and understands.

At Ebb & Flow, you work with a practitioner who brings both professional training and personal experience. Having navigated anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain and fatigue, she understands how overwhelming life can feel. Rather than simply treating symptoms, she helps you reconnect with your inner resources, make meaningful changes, and move forward with clarity.

Whether you’re struggling with emotional distress, living with long-term pain, or seeking greater self-awareness, we provide a safe space to explore your journey. Sessions are available face to face or online, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you best.

We offer a range of holistic services, blending counselling, mindfulness, and body-based practices. Each session is personalised to support your unique needs.

    Our one-to-one counselling sessions address anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and low self-esteem. We work with you to explore your experiences, increase self-understanding, and build emotional resilience. This supportive process helps you feel more confident and empowered in everyday life.

  • Mindfulness Support
    Mindfulness techniques can reduce stress, ease anxiety, and help you feel more present. Integrated into therapy, these practices encourage self-awareness and calm. Many clients find mindfulness improves their focus, sleep, and emotional regulation.

  • Bespoke Pain Management
    For clients living with chronic pain or fatigue, we offer a compassionate, effective approach. These sessions explore the relationship between mind and body, helping you reduce suffering and reclaim your life.   • Yoga-Informed Wellbeing
    Although not a formal yoga class, gentle movement and breathwork may be included. This approach supports healing by reconnecting you to your body in a safe and grounded way. Over time, clients report increased confidence, mobility, and peace of mind.

You can attend sessions in Farndon (near Chester), in Wrexham, or online. Each format offers the same level of care, presence, and flexibility.
