Choosing the right psychologist is a personal and important decision. I am Dr Natasha Sharma, a qualified psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to clients in both private practice and the NHS. I offer face-to-face sessions at my Wolverhampton clinic, as well as online therapy, including sessions in English and Punjabi. This allows me to reach a diverse range of clients who want to address and resolve issues affecting their lives.
I am passionate about my work and consider it an honour to create a safe, confidential space where clients can openly discuss their difficult thoughts and feelings. My approach is genuine, honest, and non-judgemental. This environment enables clients to explore sensitive issues with trust, promoting improved social and emotional wellbeing. Ultimately, my aim is to help enhance the overall quality of life for those I work with.
Throughout my career, I have also gained extensive leadership experience by managing large teams. This background gives me a unique insight into workplace dynamics and employee wellbeing, which informs my therapeutic work. I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and have significant experience providing supervision, training, and teaching to other professionals.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). These memberships reflect my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional practice.
My services include individual psychological therapy tailored to your unique needs. I work with adults to help manage a broad range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Using evidence-based approaches, particularly CBT, I support clients in developing practical coping strategies and making meaningful changes.
I also provide clinical supervision to other mental health professionals, drawing on my extensive experience to offer guidance, support, and professional development. In addition, I deliver training and workshops focused on psychological wellbeing and resilience, especially in workplace settings.
Sessions are available both in-person at my Wolverhampton clinic and online, making therapy accessible and flexible to fit your schedule. Offering therapy in both English and Punjabi helps bridge cultural gaps and supports clients who may feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language.
If you are ready to take the next step towards improving your mental health, I provide a confidential and professional space to explore your challenges and work towards positive change. Whether you seek therapy for personal growth or support in managing life’s difficulties, I am here to help you on your journey.
