Hayley Johns is a qualified Physiotherapist and vibrant group fitness instructor who brings energy, humour, and expertise to every session. Her journey into Pilates began while she was leading Barre classes. Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge of the human body and movement, she undertook further training in Pilates—and never looked back. It quickly became her favourite way to move and teach, combining control, strength, and flow in a way that challenges both body and mind.
Although Hayley has a quietly competitive streak (especially when she’s participating in a class), her teaching style is anything but intimidating. She believes fitness should be enjoyable, inclusive, and motivating. You’ll often hear laughter in her sessions, as she uses humour to make her classes engaging and approachable, no matter your level of experience.
When she’s not on the studio floor, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors. She can usually be found hiking the hills around Adelaide, exploring nature at her own pace. She’s also a devoted cat mum and unapologetically enthusiastic about sharing updates and photos of her feline companion on social media.
Hayley offers a dynamic mix of physiotherapy insight and movement-based group instruction. Her sessions are crafted to be fun, functional, and effective—helping people build strength, confidence, and a love of movement.
