Rebekah Harris is a driven and compassionate Exercise Physiologist who completed her Honours degree in Exercise Physiology in December 2024. Her enthusiasm for movement and wellbeing is clear in every session she leads. Rebekah has a strong interest in both Women’s Health and Paediatrics, and she is committed to expanding her expertise in these areas.

She believes that everyone deserves to feel strong and capable in their body. Her approach focuses on building confidence through purposeful movement, helping clients feel healthier, stronger, and more in control of their physical wellbeing. Rebekah takes the time to understand each person’s goals and creates exercise plans that are practical, personalised, and sustainable.

When she’s not working, Rebekah enjoys staying active. You’ll often find her training at the gym, playing netball, or spending quality time with family and friends. Her active lifestyle reflects her belief that exercise should be enjoyable and woven naturally into daily life.
