We offer same-day 30-minute appointments, which sets us apart in the physiotherapy field. This means you get quick access to expert care without long waits.

Our Marion clinic is one of six locations across Adelaide and Victor Harbor. We work with some of the most experienced physiotherapists, podiatrists, and massage therapists in the region. Together, we use hands-on treatments alongside modern rehab tools. These include dry needling, soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and exercise programs. Our aim is to restore your strength, mobility, and endurance — not just for now, but for the long haul.

Since 1996, we’ve refined our techniques. We focus on muscle stretches, neural mobilisation, and joint manipulation to get lasting results. Our founder, Kathryn Chigwidden, won the Telstra Business Women’s Award in 2004. Along with Co-Director Kevin Whitford, she leads PhysioXtra to be a top name in physiotherapy.

Kathryn Chigwidden leads the team with her vast experience. She was the head physiotherapist for the Adelaide Thunderbirds and holds a Master’s degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy. Her focus is on precise assessments and long-lasting recovery.

Our CEO, Nick Chigwidden, works hard to develop top facilities and systems. He wants every patient and professional to have the best experience possible. Meanwhile, Director Robert Bowden focuses on innovation and building a strong workplace culture.
