We are now accepting new referrals for Positive Behaviour Support, NDIS participants, and Aged Care clients under My Aged Care Home Care Packages (levels 1–4).

NDIS Support

We provide a range of NDIS-funded services, working closely with participants, carers, and support coordinators. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to offer tailored plans that respond to individual goals and challenges, whether short-term or ongoing.

Aged Care Services

Our experienced therapists support older adults to maintain safety and independence in their own homes. Through My Aged Care, we deliver Occupational Therapy services to Home Care Package recipients throughout Ballarat and wider Victoria.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is about helping people do the things that matter to them. From everyday activities to mobility, our therapists work with clients of all ages to enhance independence and improve quality of life.

Physiotherapy Rivergum Allied Therapies |

Our physiotherapists create personalised treatment programs focused on regaining movement, managing pain, and improving day-to-day function. This service supports recovery from injury, age-related conditions, and ongoing physical health issues.

Speech Pathology

We support both children and adults with communication and language challenges. Whether it’s speaking, understanding, or swallowing difficulties, our speech pathologists offer practical help in a kind and encouraging way.

Social Work

We provide support for mental health and social wellbeing. From help with housing or employment to managing grief, family issues, or mental health concerns, our social workers offer guidance and practical solutions.

Allied Health Assistants

Our Allied Health Assistants work alongside therapists to maximise the effectiveness of your plan. This service helps make therapy funding stretch further without compromising on care or outcomes.

Continence Nursing

We offer specialised nursing assessments for bladder and bowel health. This service is available to both NDIS participants and Home Care Package recipients and focuses on respectful, practical continence management.
