Jordan Gray is a dedicated and highly qualified physiotherapist who holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University. He also completed degrees in Sports Science and Exercise Rehabilitation, equipping him with a broad and practical foundation in human movement, injury recovery and exercise prescription. His passion for helping others stems from a desire to see people live healthier, more active lives, regardless of their background, injury or level of fitness.
Drawing on his multi-disciplinary education, Jordan takes an individualised and goal-driven approach to rehabilitation. He works collaboratively with his clients, not just to relieve symptoms, but to address the root cause of discomfort and guide them toward lasting recovery. His sessions are both educational and empowering, helping clients understand their condition and take control of their progress.
Jordan provides a range of physiotherapy services designed to suit a wide variety of people, from athletes recovering from injury to individuals managing ongoing musculoskeletal issues. He places a strong emphasis on combining hands-on techniques with targeted exercise and education.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Jordan has a special interest in treating sporting injuries. Whether the injury is acute or chronic, he designs structured return-to-sport programs based on the specific demands of the individual’s sport. He understands how crucial proper rehabilitation is to avoid re-injury and ensure long-term performance.
Manual Therapy & Hands-On Techniques
He uses evidence-based manual techniques including joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, and myofascial release to manage pain and improve mobility.
Exercise Prescription & Movement Retraining
Jordan incorporates personalised exercise programs into each rehabilitation plan. These programs are tailored to restore function, enhance strength, and support long-term recovery.
Lifestyle & Ergonomic Advice
Understanding that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, Jordan also offers advice on posture, work habits, sleep quality and activity levels to complement his clinical care.
Jordan’s approach is grounded in clinical reasoning and current research. He values communication and takes the time to explain treatment options, set realistic goals and monitor progress closely. He is passionate about educating his clients so they understand not just what to do, but why they’re doing it—turning them into active participants in their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, Jordan remains active himself, which keeps him connected to the challenges and rewards of staying fit and injury-free. His holistic and evidence-led care continues to make a positive impact on clients seeking to return to sport, reduce pain, or simply move better in their everyday life.
