Dr Katherine Webb GP Norwich leads a patient-focused practice that also supports medical training. Therefore, we welcome both GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s) to our team. These doctors work under close supervision while offering excellent care. Moreover, their presence helps us provide more appointments to our patients.

Training Future GPs with Dr Katherine Webb GP Norwich

A GP Registrar is a qualified doctor preparing to become a General Practitioner. Typically, they spend at least two years working in hospitals before joining a practice. At our clinic, they remain with us for up to one year. Furthermore, they are supervised by experienced trainers to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Similarly, F2 doctors are in their second postgraduate year. Although they are fully qualified, they are still exploring their career path. Consequently, they spend four months in general practice to gain valuable experience. Their contribution benefits both our patients and the healthcare system.

Appointment Follow-ups and Triage

Initially, we offer telephone consultations. Consequently, we can assess needs quickly and arrange in-person visits if required. If your doctor needs to see you, we’ll book a convenient time. Likewise, our receptionists may ask for basic details to signpost you correctly.
