Seventeen years ago, in a small Victorian country town, Dr. Stacey Keating met her future partner and fellow podiatrist, Dr. Matthew Keating. Their shared passion for podiatry sparked a professional journey that would lead to the creation of multiple podiatry clinics, their own orthotic manufacturing facility, and eventually, the development of Lifesoles—an orthotic solution created with accessibility and quality in mind.
From the start, Stacey focused on Sports Podiatry, where she found her calling. She loves helping people stay active and reduce their risk of injury. Just as importantly, she ensures they recover quickly when issues arise. Her goal is simple: keep people on their feet and enjoying life.
Dr. Keating brings a broad set of skills to her practice, combining clinical knowledge with real-world practicality. Her services include:
Sports Podiatry
Stacey focuses on both prevention and recovery. She creates treatment plans that help athletes and active individuals avoid injury, while also providing targeted care when pain or strain occurs.
Injury Management
She works with patients to find the root cause of their discomfort. Her approach is hands-on and proactive, aiming for fast, effective recovery.
Orthotic Solutions
While custom orthotics remain a valuable tool, Stacey recognised that many people couldn’t afford them—either due to time or cost. This realisation led her and Matt to develop Lifesoles, a podiatry-designed insole offering affordable and immediate relief for common foot and leg pain.
Stacey believes podiatry should be practical and inclusive. Not everyone has the time or budget for custom fittings and long waitlists. That’s why she poured her experience into designing Lifesoles, bringing podiatry-grade support to more people. Whether someone suffers from heel pain, aching arches, or simply needs everyday comfort, Stacey’s work offers a trusted solution.
Outside the clinic, Stacey remains active in her field and committed to continuous improvement. Her drive to keep people moving is as strong today as it was when she began. Through clinical care, innovation, and community-focused design, she continues to lead the way in making podiatry more accessible—and effective—for everyone.
