Dr. Field offers individual therapy to young people and adults struggling with emotional and psychological challenges related to ADHD, ASD, and other neurodiverse traits. The therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs, focusing on building resilience, self-awareness, and effective coping strategies. Dr. Field provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments for ADHD and ASD. Using evidence-based tools, she ensures an accurate and thorough evaluation of an individual’s symptoms and challenges. The assessment process involves understanding the individual’s personal history, current functioning, and presenting issues. This clarity can be vital for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their neurodiversity.
Dr. Field offers professional supervision to other psychologists, counsellors, and mental health professionals. Her supervision services are supportive and reflective, aimed at enhancing the skills and confidence of those working with neurodiverse clients. Dr. Field ensures that supervisors maintain ethical standards while working effectively with their clients.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Field offers coaching, yoga, and mindfulness to support emotional and physical wellbeing. Clients can work on personal goals, develop new skills, and improve self-confidence through coaching. Mindfulness and yoga practices provide effective ways to manage stress, increase focus, and promote overall mental health.
