Ann holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch. She completed her internship and board exams with distinction. Ann runs her own practice in Cape Town and is registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Society of Industrial / Organisational Psychologists of South Africa (SIOPSA). She is also a qualified coaching practitioner, registered with the SIOPSA Coaching Psychologist group and Comensa.

Ann’s prior experience includes roles at Standard Bank and the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Her background spans project management, banking, sales, training, research, and development. This diverse experience enhances her understanding of corporate culture, leadership, teamwork, and organisational success.
