At the heart of my practice is what I call ‘Feminine Form’ Ayurveda. Rather than a linear, problem-fixing approach, this path is about allowing, yielding, and deeply feeling into your body’s needs. It embraces health as a holistic, dynamic journey, one that honours the connection between mind, body and soul. Whether you are navigating hormonal shifts, stress, digestive challenges or simply seeking balance, Ayurveda provides a compassionate and sustainable way forward.
I’m Claudia, originally from Germany and a proud Cape Town resident since 1998. I am also a mother to a spirited 15-year-old boy. My personal health journey has shaped my professional path in profound ways: from infertility, stress and Hashimoto’s to digestive troubles and menopause, I have walked through these challenges and emerged with the powerful, nurturing tools Ayurveda offers.
Through embracing ancient feminine wisdom, self-care, and conscious living, I found not just healing but homecoming—back to my body, my intuition, and the natural world. It is my joy and calling to walk alongside others on this path, offering not only practical advice but also heartfelt mentorship.
