Cape Town Psychologists Sea Point offers DBT Group Therapy led by Daniel Rabinowitz, the only DBT-LHC Board of Certification Licensed Clinician in South Africa. These groups focus on reducing intense and erratic emotions. Sessions occur every Monday from 18:00 to 20:00. DBT helps individuals gain control over emotions, improve relationships, and manage stress effectively.

Referral Network
