Carey Seady is an experienced registered dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Stellenbosch University and a BSc Medical Honour’s in Dietetics from the University of Cape Town. With over 17 years in private practice, Carey works with athletes, celebrities, and general clients.
