How Treatment Works

The first step is an assessment phase. Together we agree on focus areas and goals. This forms the base for the treatment plan. Most sessions last 45 minutes, often once per week. Depending on your needs, we may meet more often or less often.

Prices and Care Options

I work within Region Skåne. With a referral from your health center for CBT, treatment falls under the high-cost protection system. Each visit costs 200 SEK until you reach the free card. With a free card, visits are free.
Private visits are also possible at 1200 SEK per session.

My office is located at Lilla Nygatan 11, near Gustav Adolfs torg in Malmö. It is easy to reach by bus from Malmö C. Parking is available nearby.
