Chantelle van Rooyen Physiotherapist Sea Point

Chantelle van Rooyen Physiotherapist Sea Point provides hands-on, evidence-based physiotherapy with a focus on long-term recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and better function.

Chantelle van Rooyen Physiotherapist Sea Point: A Holistic Approach

The practice uses hands-on care and detailed postural and biomechanical assessments. This approach helps identify the root cause of discomfort, rather than only treating symptoms. As a result, each treatment aims to support long-term recovery and reduce the risk of future injury.

Unlike practices that rely heavily on machines, the team focuses on personal, one-on-one care. Therefore, patients receive treatment that matches their needs. The practice helps adults and children recover after surgery, manage chronic pain, and improve athletic performance.

Our Physiotherapy Services

Chantelle van Rooyen Physiotherapy provides care for adults and children across a wide range of conditions. General physiotherapy and rehabilitation include back and neck pain relief, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint and muscle injuries, pregnancy-related back pain, hand injuries and post-surgical care, and geriatric strengthening programmes.

Chantelle van Rooyen Physiotherapist Sea Point: Sports Therapy

The practice also supports athletes and people who want to improve their physical performance. Sports and performance therapy includes sports-specific injury management and high-performance athlete rehabilitation. In addition, treatment includes Kinesio taping and sports taping. Dry needling can also help with muscle tension and pain relief.

Specialised Physiotherapy Treatments

Specialised treatments include shockwave therapy, sinusitis treatment, and juvenile rheumatoid conditions. These services add to the practice’s wider approach to physiotherapy care. Each treatment focuses on helping patients improve their movement and function.
