About

Charlene McIntosh, a Registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA, PS0109312), obtained her Masters in Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of KwaZulu Natal. During her internship at the Child and Family Centre in Pietermaritzburg, she worked at Greys Hospital, a children’s home, and student counselling. As the head psychologist at a remedial school, she developed a wide range of skills and created a department that provided psychological services to students’ families and the broader community. Charlene also played a key role in running internship programs to train other psychologists.
