After that, she became the head psychologist at a remedial school. In this role, she built a full psychology department from the ground up. She also offered services to students, their families, and the wider community. In addition, she helped run internship programmes. As a result, she trained and guided future psychologists.
Charlene offers a range of therapy services. Each service focuses on the unique needs of every client.
She provides individual therapy based on a psychodynamic approach. This method helps clients understand their thoughts and feelings better. It also supports personal growth over time.
Family counselling helps improve relationships within the family. It builds better communication and emotional understanding. Therefore, families can manage challenges in a healthier way.
Charlene works closely with children and teenagers. She uses simple and suitable methods for each age group. As a result, young clients feel safe and comfortable during sessions.
She helps them handle stress, build confidence, and improve relationships. In addition, she supports parents with guidance and practical tools they can use every day.
Charlene also trains future psychologists through structured internship programmes. These programmes give hands-on experience in a real setting.
She mentors each intern closely. This support helps them grow their skills and confidence. As a result, they prepare well for their future careers in psychology.
Charlene has worked with many different clients over the years. She understands a wide range of concerns, belief systems, and lifestyles. Therefore, she adjusts her approach to suit each person.
She creates a calm and respectful environment. This helps clients feel at ease and open during sessions. In turn, it supports real healing and steady personal growth.
Her goal stays clear. She aims to support each client on their journey to better mental health and overall well-being.
