About Me

I’m Jo Clark, the founder of Chelmsford Hypnotherapy. With over 15 years of experience, I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Master Life Coach. Over the years, I have helped many individuals make lasting changes in their lives.

I offer both in-person and online therapy. You can choose to have sessions via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. As an integrative therapist, I combine a variety of techniques to ensure therapy is tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide you with a personalised therapy programme that leads to resolution and recovery as efficiently as possible.
