About Chris Allan

Chris Allan holds an MPhil in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). His passion for sports and movement extends beyond his academic qualifications—his hands-on experience working with athletes of all levels has shaped his approach to physiotherapy.

With a special interest in sports injuries, orthopaedics, sport climbing, endurance athletes, and running biomechanics, Chris is committed to helping individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their peak.
