Daniel graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Applied Sports Science. Since then, he has built a strong reputation as a Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach. He works with a broad range of clients, including the general population, those undergoing rehabilitation, and sub-elite athletes.
Currently, Daniel is the S&C coach for the Port Melbourne VFLW team. He is passionate about athletic development and helping athletes perform at their best. Moreover, he collaborates closely with physiotherapists to ensure rehabilitation programs support athletes safely returning to play.
